We all want a fit body, one that can match the images you see in those glossy health magazines. But when it comes to actually achieving it, the reality is anything but easy.

Those of you who follow a fitness routine will already be accustomed to the discipline and dedication involved. There are many who cannot work out due to health reasons or lack of time. For instances like this, there are ways you can include in your daily routine that will help you stay fit.

An effective way to control your weight and keep yourself fit is by making some changes in your diet. By following a proper diet plan, it is possible to achieve fitness without doing work outs. So here are some daily diet tips that will help you do just that!

Daily Fitness Tips – Diet:

1. Walking:

  • It is suggested to walk each day in accordance with natural sunlight
  • This helps the body to stay fit
  • The ideal time to walk is a little early during summers and a bit late during winters
  • This is one of the most important step in your daily fitness routine

2. Eating schedule:

  • Maintain your eating schedule
  • Avoid eating too late at night
  • Do not eat until you are fully awake in the morning

8. Have as much water as you can:

  • Water is supposed to be a natural appetite-suppressant.
  • Try drinking at least eight glasses of water a day.

9. Go for small meals instead of big meals:

  • Eat 5 or 7 small meals in a day, instead of 3 heavy meals
  • This is the biggest secret in controlling your weight and staying fit

10. Keep it fresh:

  • Cheese, yogurt, whole grain bread, pasta etc. can also be added in the daily meal list

13. Proteins:

  • Sweets, eggs, sea food etc. should be included in your diet.

14. Meat:

  • Limit the intake of meat when you are following a diet chart
  • Stay off red meat completely
