Hi, nothing turns me as much as health and fitness does. I believe that the ingredients you find in your pantry are the best medicine that you can get. I mostly like writing based on my experiences though I am not an expert related to any area. I like to give the best of the ideas. I am a pet lover too.

Hi Mimi, for treating acne, guava leaves can be blended with some water and this mixture can be applied on the affected skin. Rinse with water after sometime. This should be done daily until the skin is clear.

Hi Zizi, to remove black/ dark spots mashed guava leaves are applied on the affected area for a while, until it turns a little dry.. it is applied like any other face pack. Guava leaves have antibacterial agents that act on dark spot and helps in clearing the skin. Hence it is not required to leave on the skin for longer period of time.
