How to make vanilla lip scrub

Things Required:

  • Teaspoon of cane sugar
  • Few drops of honey
  • Half teaspoon olive oil
  • Drop of vanilla extract
  • Small bowl for mixing
  • Small container for storing
  • Spoon
  • Baby toothbrush

How to Prepare

Step 1:

Use the bowl or container and add honey to it. Mix olive oil and mix using the spoon. The combination of honey and olive oil is super moisturizing and nourishing for dry lips.

Step 2:

Incorporate the cane sugar with the mixture. The sugar acts like an exfoliate and removes all stubborn dead skin and ensures softer skin.

For a yummy smell that seems almost good enough to eat, add the vanilla extract. Using a spoon, mix the ingredients until combined. You may substitute the cane sugar with brown sugar. However, cane sugar is finer and thus milder and gentler than brown sugar.

Step 3:

Add the vanilla extract for a lovely fragrance and flavour. Use the spoon to mix the ingredients properly.

Step 4:

Pour the mixture in a storage container and use it whenever required.

Directions To Use

  • Wash the lips with lukewarm water and wipe off with a dry cloth or napkin. Ensure the lips are clean and free from all lip color residue.
  • Wash the baby tooth brush and towel dry it.
  • Apply a generous amount of the vanilla lip scrub over the lips and gently massage it using a firm, circular motion.
  • Use the baby tooth brush to scrub over the lips gently for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Wash off with cold clean water and pat dry.
  • Moisturize the lips with a lip balm and love your soft, pink lips. Totally enjoy your smooth and plumped lips.

Use the scrub twice a week to keep your lips soft and kissable. You can even store the scrub in a decorative container, wrap it or place it an organza bag and give it away as a gift to a loved one. Substitute the vanilla with chocolate, lemon or any other extract you would like.
