  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 drops sesame oil
  • Warm water (45o C or 113o F), double the volume of beaten eggs
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • 2 tablespoons chopped carrots
  • 2-3 roasted shiitake mushrooms
  • 2 teaspoons light soy sauce
  • Salt to taste

How To Prepare

  1. Pour warm water into the beaten eggs.
  1. Add salt and stir well.
  1. Pour this mix through a sieve in two bowls.
  1. Cover with cling film. Make some pores for the water vapor to escape.
  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and then place the bowls in it.
  1. Cook for 7 minutes.

  • 2 eggs
