steps:

1. Apply basecoat and paint all your fingers black.

2. Except the ring finger top coat your rest of the fingers with nyx girls, NGP 209,Dorothy.

3. on your ring finger, using red holographic glitter make a straight line as shown.

4. apply top coat on your nails and you are done.
