Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to about 325 degrees.
  2. Fold the pieces of foil in half, and then wrap them around the bottle to make a mold.Leave the top open so that you can pour the batter into it. Place these molds on a cookie tray, and grease with the nonstick spray.
  3. Whisk the egg whites till they are stiff. Mix the cake mix with water and egg whites, and blend for about two minutes.
  4. Pour the batter in the molds, filling only three-fourths of the mold.
  5. Bake the cakes for about 30 minutes, until each of them turn golden brown. Poke the cakes with the toothpick, and make sure it comes out clean.
  6. To prepare the filling, whip the shortening and the butter together. Add the sugar slowly while beating. Add the evaporated milk, lemon extract, and vanilla. Beat on medium speed until the cream is fluffy and smooth.
  7. Once the cakes are cooled, make a few small holes at the bottom of each cake using a toothpick, and continue moving the toothpick inside each cake to make space for the filling.
  8. Pipe the cream into the cake using a piping bag. Your homemade Twinkies are ready!

Directions:

  1. Mix the flour, cornstarch, and the seasoning, and then add the beer. Mix well, and set aside.
  2. Mix all the ingredients for the seasoned flour, and set aside.
  3. Cut ¾” off the onion, and peel. Then, cut about 12 to 16 vertical wedges, but make sure you do not cut all through the bottom. Remove the central tuber of the onion.
  4. Dip the onion in the seasoned flour, and shake off the excess. Separate the petals, and dip in the batter such that it is thoroughly coated.
  5. Gently place the coated onion in a fryer, and deep fry at about 400 degrees for 1½ minutes. Turn and let the other side fry for another 1½ minutes.
  6. Drain out the excess oil by placing the onion on a paper towel.
  7. For the chili sauce, mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, cayenne pepper, and chili sauce.
  8. Serve the bloomin’ onion hot with the chili sauce. Yum!

  1. Add the yeast to lukewarm water, and stir until it dissolves. Add sugar and salt to the yeast, and continue stirring till they dissolve.
  2. In a bowl, add the flour, butter, and yeast, and knead to form smooth, elastic dough. Let it rest for an hour. It should rise.
  3. In another bowl, pour the 2 cups of warm water, add 2 tablespoons of baking powder, and stir often.
  4. Once the dough rises, form small balls.Roll each ball into a long tape, and shape into a pretzel.
  5. Dip each pretzel in the soda solution, and place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Let the pretzel rise again, and then bake it for about 10 minutes in an oven that is heated at 450degrees. Brush with butter and sprinkle coarse salt over the pretzels.
  6. You can also try a cinnamon sugar topping by coating the pretzel with butter, and then topping it with a mixture of cinnamon powder and sugar. Simple, wasn’t it?

  1. Cook the bay leaf, garlic, celery, and onion in white wine, over medium heat. Make sure you use a large pot.
  2. Add the lobster, and cover the pot. Steam it for about 10 minutes. Remove the lobster from the broth, and let it cool.
  3. Now, add the shrimps to the broth. Cover, and steam it for about 5 minutes. Remove them using tongs, and then set aside to cool.
  4. Now, it’s time to steam the mussels in the broth. Cover the pot, and steam for 5 minutes. Remove the mussels and de-shell the meat.
  5. Add about 2 cups of water to the broth, and bring it to boil. Add the scallops, and steam for about 3 minutes. Remove the scallops from the broth.
  6. De-shell the lobster, and peel and devein the shrimps. Chop them up and set aside. Don’t forget to save the shells. Extract the lobster meat, reserving the shells.
  7. Add the shells to the broth, and add two cups of water. Once it comes to boil, simmer for about 30 minutes. Strain the broth, and return to heat. You can now discard the shells.
  8. Let the broth simmer over low heat, and add the milk, cream, and herbs. Let it cook and thicken for about 5 minutes.
  9. Now, add the seafood, and simmer for 2 minutes.
  10. Stir in the veggies, and simmer again for 2 minutes.
  11. Season with pepper, salt, and lemon juice. Serve hot!

  2. Cover the dough with a damp cloth, and let it rest in a warm place until it rises. This should take about 1 ½ hours.

½ Cup – Kraft Macaroni & Cheese Topping powder
3 Tbsps. -Shortening
1/3 Cup – Buttermilk
½ Tsp. – Salt (For tops, optional)

Directions:

  1. Sift the flour along with the baking powder, baking soda, and cheese.
  2. Add the shortening, and mix well with the flour. You should have crumbly dough.
  3. Now, add the buttermilk, and you will notice the dough becoming nice and moist.
  4. Add some more flour to make the dough pliable. Knead the dough, and then wrap it up, and refrigerate for an hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to about 325 degrees. Lightly grease a baking tray, and set aside.
  6. Roll out the dough, cut it into small squares, and poke them with a fork.
  7. Lightly sprinkle some coarse salt over each cracker. Bake them for about 8 to 10 minutes. Mix them, and then bake again for 3 to 5 minutes.

Directions:

  1. First, let us tackle the frosting. Mix all the ingredients for the frosting, until it is nice and smooth, and set aside.
  2. Mix the yeast and sugar in water, until they are dissolved.
  3. In a bowl, prepare the pudding mix according to the given instructions. Add the margarine, salt, and eggs to it. Once it’s well-blended, add the yeast to this mixture. Mix again.
  4. Add the flour, and knead until smooth. Grease a bowl, and let the dough rise. Punch it down, and allow it to rise again.
  5. Now, roll out the dough, and spread butter over it. Mix some cinnamon and sugar, and sprinkle it over the dough.
  6. Roll the dough into 20 rolls, and allow them to rest and double.
  7. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet, and bake at 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
  8. Remove, and cool the rolls down lightly. Drizzle the frosting on them while they are still warm.

  1. Beat the egg white until it is stiff and forms peaks. Then, slowly add the powdered sugar, while continuously blending.

  3. Lightly dust a surface with cornstarch, and roll out the dough.
  4. Cut out circles from the peppermint dough using a cookie cutter. Toss the patties into the refrigerator for 45 minutes, so that they can firm up.
  5. Melt the chocolate in a microwave, and then drop the peppermint patty in the chocolate to coat it completely. Drip off the excess.
  6. Refrigerate until they firm up.

  2. Heat oil, and deep fry the chicken. Fry the chicken at 375 degrees for about 3 to 4 minutes. Place the fried chicken on paper towels to let the oil drain.
  3. Heat a wok, add a tablespoon of oil, and then fry the ginger and garlic. Add the chilies, the green onions, and the rice wine. Cook for 3 seconds. Add the ingredients for the orange sauce, and bring to a boil. Toss in the chicken, until everything is mixed well.
  4. Mix one tablespoon of cornstarch with water, and add it to the chicken to thicken the sauce. Stir in the sesame oil, and serve immediately.

  4. Mix the cream cheese, the vanilla, and the sugar with an electric blender, until the mixture becomes nice and smooth. Add the eggs, cinnamon, pumpkin, allspice, and nutmeg, and beat again, till the mixture becomes creamy.
  5. Pour the batter in the crusted pan, and bake for about 60 to 70 minutes. Allow the cheesecake to cool. Once it reaches room temperature, refrigerate.
  6. Cut into 8 parts, and top with whipped cream.

  3. Once the garlic is done, remove, and set aside.
  4. In a saucepan, mix the teriyaki sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar, and soya sauce, and cook over medium heat. Stir it once in a while, until it comes to a boil, and then leave it to simmer.
  5. Squeeze out the garlic, such that all the heads are out and almost pasty, and discard the skin. Add the garlic to the simmering sauce.
  6. Add the leftover ingredients, and let it cook on a low flame for about 40-50 minutes, until the sauce is reduced to about half.
