Method:

Blend watermelon in a food processor or blender until smooth. Then strain it through a fine sieve and throw away the pulp.

Combine mint and sugar in a bowl. Crush mint leaves by pressing the leaves against the side of the bowl. Now add lime peel, grape juice, water melon juice, lime juice and stir until sugar is dissolved. Then stir it in club soda. Serve the juice with ice cubes in glasses. If desired, garnish the juice with watermelon wedges and mint sprigs.
