3. Stop Bleaching:
Bleaching over a long period of time causes your skin to discolor. If you have been regularly bleaching your face, try limiting its use to special occasions only.
4. Face Scrub:
If you don’t suffer from pimples, use a face scrub twice a week. Apply it on the face and rub gently on the skin using circular movements, especially on the pigmented area and marks. Wash with water. This helps remove pigmentation and also keeps your skin looking fresh, soft and healthy. Do not scrub over existing pimples, as this will cause the same damage as popping them. Scrubbing over existing pimples may cause inflammation and acne marks.
5. Always Wear Sunscreen:
If you are not a regular sunscreen user, it’s time you immediately switch to one on a regular basis. Exposure to sun causes pigmentation, dark spots, dark circles, tanning and wrinkles. These will make your complexion appear dull and lead to ageing faster than usual.
If you have dry skin, you’re more prone to pigmentation and tanning. If you do not have oily skin, always use moisturizers to keep your skin hydrated and glowing. Opt for heavier moisturizers during winters and in cooler climates.
7. Drink Plenty of Water:
Dehydration will make your skin and face look dry, dull and lifeless. Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water daily.
8. Chemical Peels:
Get chemical peels done every month through your dermatologist. These show instant results as they peel the upper layer of your skin to remove any impurities. If you have sensitive skin, avoid peels.
Remember, if you use the peel treatment make sure to use moisturizers and sunscreens on a daily basis. Peels make your facial skin dry and more sensitive to the sun, hence using a sunscreen is imperative.
9. Homemade Remedies:
Some homemade remedies that can help treat pigmentation are grated potatoes, cucumber, lime, aloe vera extract, vinegar, tomatoes, curd and mashed raw bananas. Use these in combinations of your preference or as a single ingredient to make face masks.
10. Vitamin E:
For your face, use creams and oils containing vitamin E. This helps fade all kinds of marks and improves skin elasticity. You can also intake vitamin E orally. Some foods containing vitamin E are nuts, fish, broccoli, spinach, avocado, pumpkin, tofu and roasted pumpkin seeds.
You can also use Shawhite pigmentation lotion and Shafair, which are Shahnaz Hussain products for treating pigmentation. All these above mentioned Shahnaz Hussain beauty tips for glowing skin are worth helpful in offering you a beautiful skin.Share on Facebook Share on Pinterest
