  6. Fold your left hand and try to reach your right palm.
  7. Hold this position for a couple of breaths and then release.

2. Cobra Pose:

  1. Lie down on your yoga mat first.
  2. Keep your palms flat beneath your shoulders.
  3. Now tuck your belly in and bend your elbows.
