The most prominent component of Vitamin B Complex is Biotin. Biotin is a nutrient essential to hair, nail and skin health. Our own bodies produce it as well in liver and kidneys. Vitamin B Complex deficiencies lead to skin itchiness, skin rashes, and hair loss.

Biotin skin supplements are available in cosmetic cream to help restore the skin aspect and moisturize it. Niacin is another B vitamin that helps moisturize the skin. Using such cream for a week can give your skin back its natural moisture while relieving any itch like symptoms.

Vitamin B1 or Thiamine is another vitamin that we need to have for a glowing skin. It increases the circulation of blood in the body that adds to your glow. Keep in mind that if you are on birth control pills, then you can be deficient in this vitamin.

It stimulates the production of collagen. And it is collagen that keeps the skin young and supple. As skin ages, more vitamin C is essential to maintain elasticity.

Vegetable oil, olives, green leafy vegetables and nuts are good sources of vitamin E.

Vitamin K provides skin with one important benefit: reduces the dark appearance of bruises. Combined with Vitamin A becomes a great skin brightener for the under eye dark circles. Dark circles appear due the leakage of blood from the vessels under the eye. Vitamin K plays a role in the clotting and thickens the skin ensuring the reduction of dark circles.

    Vitamin e is best for glowing skin. Eating fish regularly helps in getting you a shiny and glowy skin as fish is very rich in vitamin e. you can also take vitamin e supplements if your not into eating much of fish.
