  • 2 bananas (frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • Almond milk (500 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons of sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • A little nutmeg

How To Make It

  1. Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend properly until it forms a smooth shake.
  2. Pour it into a glass and drink it while it is fresh (do not store it and drink later).
