According to a study in the US, it was proved that coffee is much more than an energy booster. If you are struggling to shed some extra pounds, turn your morning coffee into a fat-burner by adding just two ingredients to it. By doing this, you can easily lose 10 to 15 pounds within a month. You might be itching to know what those magical ingredients are, isn’t it? We are talking about cinnamon powder and coconut oil. Adding cinnamon powder sounds good, but how about coconut oil? How do we add it and how is it going to taste? Let’s take a look at the recipe.

Take three-fourth cup of coconut oil and one teaspoon of powdered cinnamon. Put the ingredients in a small bowl and stir well until it forms a smooth paste. You can also add a teaspoon of cocoa powder and half a cup of honey to it. However, adding both these ingredients is optional and depends on your taste. Now, transfer this mixture to a glass jar and store it in the refrigerator.

The next morning, when you prepare your coffee, add a teaspoon of this mixture to your coffee while it is still hot so that the coconut oil melts properly. Drink this every morning and your belly fat will soon disappear.
