Pyramids have a pretty wide base that takes the shape of a square and the four sides are shaped like triangles and come together to form a point at the top. It is widely accepted that they help us to fall in sync with the earth’s magnetic fields and help us tap into the Universe’s energetic fields which produce powerful energy flow. Ancient Egyptians knew this and tapped into this energy and that is what led to Pyramid Meditation.”

She adds, “Pyramid meditation is sitting inside a pyramid to meditate. The pyramid should be about 3 times as big as the person meditating. You also want to make sure the pyramid is aligned with North, South, East and West. This way you can receive the total possible amount of cosmic energy and get the most benefits. You want to sit in the King’s Chamber which is right under the apex.”
