These are so simple to make that all you need are skewers and chunks of fresh organic fruits like bananas, strawberries, pineapples, apples, grapes, kiwis, or whatever other fruit you like.

For the marinade, mix grated ginger and lemon juice, then add maple syrup. Cover and coat the skewered fruit with the marinade at night to enjoy a fine breakfast in the morning. Leaving them in the fridge overnight allows the fruit to absorb the intense taste of the marinade.

Once that’s done, prepare little one inch thick bread slices with the dough, and leave them in a food dehydrator through the night.
