Kelly is a science-based nutritional therapist who uses natural methods to balance the body, mind, and soul. She believes in creating realistic and non-restrictive nutrition plans that easily fit in with your lifestyle and work towards your health goals. She is fully qualified to support all health-related concerns but specializes in gut health (IBS, IBD, bloating, constipation, cramps and reflux) and female health (hormonal imbalance, PCOS, irregular, heavy periods, PMS, low mood, fatigue, anemia, thyroid imbalance, and acne).


Kelly’s interest in nutrition began when she struggled with her own digestive issues and hormonal imbalance and spent 10 years back and forth at the doctors, searching for a resolution to her symptoms. She became increasingly frustrated and stressed with the lack of support or useful advice from conventional healthcare and began her own journey and discovery of functional medicine and soon stumbled across the power of nutrition. In a few short months of working with a nutritionist, Kelly saw more improvement in her symptoms than ever before. This improvement was so life-changing that she quit her job to study Naturopathic Nutrition.


Kelly is also a yoga and meditation teacher, so you can expect a fully holistic approach to improving your health with a focus on healthy eating, improved physical fitness, and positive mental wellbeing. She is also available for corporate nutrition webinars, workshops, and yoga and meditation sessions.
