Conrad is a multi-certified personal trainer with over 14 years of experience who enjoys every moment of giving back to others what they value the most – time, energy, and sustainable results. As the Director of Education and Technology driven to help others attain their unique versions of success via electro muscle stimulation (EMS), he brings an extensive background involving (but not limited to) 1:1 and group personal training, rehabilitation, strength training, injury prevention, and the art of instilling positive mindset shifts. He holds a degree in Languages Applied to Business, a Master's in Management and Cross-Cultural Negotiations from The University of Bordeaux, France, graduated from The American Academy of Personal Training in New York City in the top 5% of his class, and earned a Master’s in Kinesiology from A.T. Still University. In addition, he earned ample certifications, including EMS training by XBody, Miha-Bodytec (Gluckerkolleg), E-Fit, and Wiemspro, along with personal training certifications from ACSM and NASM. Over the last 14+ years, he has gained experience in the fitness and wellness industries, primarily working with people with diabetes, injuries, and other chronic conditions.
