David Rosales is a certified personal trainer, the co-owner of Roman Fitness Systems, and the head editor of prohockeystrength.com, the official website of the NHL strength coaches. He has been in the fitness industry for over five years and has worked with athletes and coaches from beginners to NCAA Division 1 and professional ice hockey.
David graduated from New York University's Gallatin School. After graduating high school, he taught the fundamentals of performance training to hundreds of middle school athletes. He then served as the head strength coach for a junior hockey program and moved on to an internship with an elite NCAA division 1 hockey team. Since 2019, David has been working in the online fitness space with some of the top performance coaches in the world.
