Dr. Sergio Vañó Galván has 26 years of experience as a dermatologist, trichologist, and hair surgeon. He is an Associate Professor of Dermatology and Director of the International Master’s Degree in Trichology and Hair Transplantation at the University of Alcalá. He is also a director of the Trichology Unit of the Ramón y Cajal University Hospital and the Trichology and Hair Transplant Unit of Pedro Jaén Group Clinic in Madrid. Dr. Vañó-Galván has published more than 260 scientific articles in Pubmed and leads an active research group in the study of different forms of alopecia (#TricoHRC). He is also a member of the Board of the European Hair Research Society and the American Hair Research Society.
