She is trained in Romana Pilates, certified by the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA-CPT), and internationally certified by Stott Pilates and Balanced Body Pilates. She is also an Advanced Health and Nutrition Coach certified by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and an Intuitive Healing Practitioner.
