Leslie Bartosh is a Certified Executive Chef through the American Culinary Federation. He is also a member of the honor society of the American Academy of Chefs (ACF), a member of the national ACF Ethics Committee, and an approved certification evaluator. Chef Bartosh is a long-time member of the Chaine des Rotisseurs, including 8 years as Conseiller Culinaire Provincial for the SouthWest region in the US. He attended Johnson & Wales University, where he graduated summa cum laude. In a career spanning more than five decades, he has spent almost equal time working as a culinary educator in community colleges and as a chef in the food service industry.
