Serena Benali is a Registered Dietitian with over 3 years of experience and is also the founder of In Good Nutrition. Before opening the doors to her private practice, Serena worked as a culinary arts instructor, teaching people of all ages how to create delicious, nutritious meals and adopt a love for food and cooking. Serena also worked with the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) as a Dietitian and Health Promotion Specialist, where she applied her holistic approach to wellness to provide the CAF community with the tools and resources to attain and maintain an optimal state of health and wellness.
As part of an interdisciplinary team, Serena played a strategic and pivotal role in the creation and implementation of wellness initiatives that strengthened the forces and prompted them to be mission-ready. Serena’s services include telehealth, individual counseling, online courses, corporate wellness and group workshops. Her mission is to help individuals co-create a sustainable way of health and wellness that is simple and enjoyable.
