Its packaging looks like a sketch pen and even its tip applicator looks like a sketch pen nib. Although, yes, as the brand claims, it is smudge-proof and a perfect choice for long time wear. It glides very easily and smoothly. But it is not waterproof, however, you may find the term ‘waterproof’ in its outer packaging. So, overall, it is a nice eyeliner in the body of a sketch pen, but according to me, it is way too expensive in comparison to the quantity provided.
