Himalaya herbals complete care toothpaste comes in a plastic tube of 150g and it costs INR 80, which is quite affordable. The brand claims that this toothpaste is capable to keep gums healthy, teeth strong, and fresh breath. According to my experience, I find this toothpaste just like any other toothpaste. It does not have any other ‘add-on’ feature. Yes, when you brush you will feel the freshness in your mouth, but that is absolutely common with other toothpaste with fluoride too. In fact, freshness does not stay for long. This toothpaste does not solve the problem of sensitivity, cavity or gums bleeding. So, for general cleanliness and freshness, this toothpaste is good to use. The brand markets its product using the tag ‘Herbals’, but this product is not 100% herbal, it has some chemical ingredients too. Moreover, it has SLS in it, which is widely used in other personal care products. However, I would say that this toothpaste is much better than any other ‘herbal’ toothpaste. Your mouth will not feel burning sensation, unlike any other herbal toothpaste. So, overall, I would say that this toothpaste is good and effective, but if you are looking for any other dental care treatment, this may not be the solution.
