I don't own too many lip liners firstly . This one was gifted by a friend so have used it .Avon True Color Glimmersticks Lip Liner comes in a retractable pencil form and that is good actually because you need not worry about sharpening it. It is totally a travel friendly product and won't take much space in your travel bag if you prefer travelling light.i do use this as a base at times it totally changes the whole lip colour shade when you top it up with a lipstick or i just use itt to line out my lips. It is creamy and glides on the lips easily . This does not dry out my lips even though it gives a matte finish . I prefer to exfoliate and moisturize my lips before applying anything on my lips to avoid dry and chapped lips.it is highly pigmented just one swipe is enough and it is smudgeproof too but you can smudge it if you wish too
