This comes packaged in a dark bottle with a white colour cap and needs to be consumed within a month of opening the bottle. Amla has a lot of health benefits as it is a rich source of Vitamin C. My mother consumed it daily on an empty stomach and with regular usage she saw a glow on her face. It also helped to a great extent in bringing down her sugar levels and controlling her blood pressure. The only thing I found bad about the product is the taste. It tastes awful however it is worth having.
