Alpecin Caffeine Shampoo C1 was gifted by my husband's friend because he is a big fan of coffee. Even he was excited to use this shampoo. The fragrance of the shampoo is very mild and exciting for my hubby. He was very happy and started using this on a regular basis. But little did he know that it will have reverse effects on him. After few days I told my husband that I could his scalp clearly in few places and only then he realized that he had hairfall. He was shocked and worried and immediately stopped using the shampoo. The caffeine did not work on his head. It also made his hair rough and dry. It became very hard for him to manage the hair and so he started using gel to control them. I would not recommend this shampoo to anyone. It is better to get advise from a good dermatologist before using any shampoo.
