Wet n wild megaglo highlighting powder is a good beginners friendly highlighter. This product gets blend very easily and has a smooth texture which appear very much natural. This pigmentation is quite good. This product comes in a various shades and is quite an affordable product. The staying power is not so good as it may fall out which I don't like.
