It is really a very creamy Matt lip balm stick. It glides so smoothly on lips. You don't need to scrub your lips before applying it or do not need any lip balm to apply under it. It just goes perfectly alone. The formula is so creamy that it makes your lip really moisturized. Also it has very nice fragrance. But it transfers a bit and you might need to reapply it in a day as it does not stay for long time.
