Volume and Smoothness Clearly Remarkable

This shampoo is a star.... The fragrance is as pleasant as a flower. Not disappointed one bit. The ingredients are nature friendly and very nutritive to hair. You can definitely experience some amount of added volume and makes it smooth and soft. Biotin and Collagen with other vitamins and carrier oils are really essential to maintain natural lustre and healthy hair. Oh yes it suits all types of hair and no complaints on lather too... You might wonder it may not lather much since it's free from sulphate and other additives but not at all it lathers beautifully as any regular shampoo and does a high potent job when compared to many.

St.Botanica do know their ingredients. I have always been impressed by how precisely they choose the ingredients to target specific concerns accurately be it skin care or hair care I recently got this brightening anti-aging cream and been using it rigourously since then. First impressions..... The shiny gold carton and the gold tub was really beautiful and the second to capture my attention was the fragrance... My goodness I just fell in love with that citrus highlights with minty undertones with hint of musky-ness. I love how the cream suits all skin types as it's light weight even with the SPF. I first thought it would be greasy since it was a cream base but no not at all. Even after 2 hours of application there was no oily feel nor it was drying. It does help to bring out the skin's natural brightness which is a plus. The ingredients are mostly nature derived and are perfect for controlling the aging process and providing sufficient hydration to the skin. This is totally a 3 in 1 bonanza (anti-aging + hydration + sun protection) . Totally Worth It.

The wow conditioner

I have been using this conditioner from almost a month now. Never expected a conditioner to work this good. I just love how the pump bottle is... Pretty strong and excess-free. The conditioner itself is in light peach color with a pleasant fragrance which stays even after the hair wash. After using this conditioner my hair felt so soft and smooth. That soft texture lasted till the next wash and it also detangles the hair perfectly.... It does a great job on dry and frizzy hair.

Plethora of Hair Goodness

Onions Onions.... A new entrant into the personal care market!!! Primarily proven to reduce hair fall and dandruff. Is it really though? Let's talk about this.... I got my hands on the REY NATURALS ONION HAIR OIL enriched with sandal wood and rose oil from Amazon on a good discount. I have been using this since 8 months or so, it's almost to the end now so thought of writing a review on this. First impressions on receiving the product .... the lock pump which impressed me as you know how messy an normal bottle of oil can be. Secondly, the color of the oil really surpassed my expectations Well who would have thought that !! Anyway, Let's dive into the product details and claims. REY NATURALS NEW DEEP ACTION ONION OIL WITH SANDALWOOD AND ROSE OIL Net Qty : 200ml Price : 799/- Key Ingredients Red Onion, Coconut Oil, Sunflower Oil, Vitamin E, Isoamyl Laurate, Castor Oil, Argan Oil, Jojoba oil, Extracts of Amla, Bhrami, Hibiscus, Bhringraj, Mango Butter, Shea butter, Sandalwood oil, Rose Oil. Claims: Onions can treat excessive hair fall and dandruff and accelerate new hair growth. This hair oil contains exotic mix of onion extracts, potential oils and herbs to treat scalp and nourish hair from root to tips ensuring a balanced diet for hair and scalp. Who should use it? If you are facing excessive hairfall, tensed about reducing hair density, your hair lacks shine and bounce. Directions for use: For best results, apply a few drops directly on scalp and hair, can be used with other carrier and essential oils. Perform small test by applying on your scalp and hair and keep for 3-4 hours. If irritation occurs discontinue use. Now what do i really think about this? Splendid!! Why ? keep scrolling... As i said the packaging was pretty neat. It comes in a brown translucent pump bottle with a sturdy lock system which is makes it leak or spill proof. Coming to the color which really surprised me... It was reddish pink or closest to the color of red onion peels. i actually thought it was cute. The fragrance did feel strong but not overpowering or unbearable as it had medium hints of sandalwood and light hints of rose which made the experience fairly pleasant. Scientifically speaking onions are rich in dietary Sulphur which is an essential nutrient for hair and body. Sulphur is found within amino acid which is a source of protein (you all know where keratin and Collagen comes from) so definitely onion is great to promote hair growth in turn reduced hair fall. Not to mention something that smells this strong will surely have antibacterial property in them so yes you guessed that right ... dandruff fighter. I really don't have to say much about the other ingredients in the oil as they are prominent ingredients of hair care since ages. Now let me tell you about my personal experience after 6+ months usage.... I have medium length untreated hair, usually dry and frizzy... a slow hair growth around the sides of the hairline. My hair used to fall more than it grows let's say 2:1. As i continued to use this i noticed accelerated hair growth and fairly less hair fall. my hair felt alive and pretty clean. i also noticed that leaving it on for 3-4 hours induced a calming sensation which almost felt like a spa day. Over all this hair oil is packed with the goodness of everything that's required for strong beautiful bouncy and lustrous hair. Hope the review was helpful ciao guys until the next review ;)

Refreshing and Revitalizing Mist

Its raining Green Tea these days.... Not that I am complaining. Green tea sure has awesome benefits and a multi-tasking ingredient to be precise. So I have been using the Plum Green Tea Face Mist for more than 8 months now.... and here I am with a review on it. Well, 8 months means I have covered most climatic changes... is it Summer friendly? is it Winter-friendly or both? Let's move on, shall we? | About the product/ Product Claims: Plum Green Tea Revitalising Face Mist. Price Rs. 360/- for a 100ml bottle. For Who? : oily/combination, acne-prone skin. Claims to provide - immediate burst of freshness, the botanical extracts are rich in antioxidants, fights acne, revitalizes skin, keeps skin energized, and hydrated. Ingredients; What's in : Aqua, Aloe leaf Juice, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, green Tea leaf extract, Goji fruit extract, ginger root extract, ginkgo Biloba leaf extract, glycerin, phenoxyethanol, ethylhexylglycerin, fragrance, polysorbate 20, sodium gluconate, glycolic acid, CI 42090, CI 19140. What's out: parabens , SLS, DEA, PABA, propylene glycol, and animal-derived ingredients. How to use: spray on to hydrate, nourish, fix, adjust or touch-up or just to refresh any time any weather. | | My opinions and review: Okay.. Now let's start with the packaging!! It comes in an elongated cylindrical spray bottle with a click cap. The bottle has a transparent matte finish so the contents are visible. The spray nozzle is pretty neat. It sprays the content evenly no uneven distribution of droplets or leaks witnessed so far. Its a job well done!! Next, the mist is a pale yellowish-green color with mild ginger undertoned green tea fragrance, which is pretty pleasing to me (some may feel the fragrance to be overpowering). Opinion about the ingredients: You all know green tea is a masterpiece of nature for its amazing detoxing, cleansing, and calming properties. Ginger is a great addition to this mist as antioxidants in ginger help to fade scars and improves skin elasticity. Goji fruits contain amino acids which help in maintaining youthful skin. Lastly ginkgo biloba's high concentration of flavonoids has super anti-aging benefits and prevents sun damage too.. this a plethora of goodness, don't you think? | Effects and after-effects: the mist is indeed multi-tasking. I usually use it to damp my makeup sponge to blend in the foundation I also use it to keep myself hydrated as waterproof makeup can sometimes be drying. The texture is so light and nonsticky. so as the claims it can be used at any time of the day... oh yes!! it's both winter and summer-friendly.. Must say....pretty adaptable!! just spraying 3 to 4 pumps instantly energizes and maintains hydration. it's also non-comedogenic (no clogged pores) so people with oily, combination or acne skin can use it without any worries!! | To sum up the things, I would definitely recommend this mist for everyone irrespective of their skin type as its such an all-rounder skin refreshment option available in the market. And of course... its the product lasts so long, which is definitely and advantage.. happy days!!

Super Matte Moisturizer

Over the past few years Green Tea has emerged as a revolutionary ingredient due to its detoxification and cleansing properties. Currently, you can find green tea as a key ingredient in almost all the product be it makeup, skincare or health supplements.

Plum has come up with skin care range targeting specific skin concerns based on the skin skin type. its products focuses on a few specific ingredients which works wonders on the respective skin type. Their green tea skin care range is specially formulated for oily and acne prone skin like mine and the range includes face wash, toner, sunscreen+moisturizer, mattifying moisturizer, face mask, serum concentrate.

Let's talk about my skin: it's not as acne prone as you think!! I have very mild acne probably 0 - 3 breakouts a month. I usually have to stick up with mattifying makeup and skin care as my skin tends to oil up and feels mildly greasy to touch after a few hours of CTM. Clearly, Plum Green Tea Mattifying Mosturizer sure comes handy!!

About the Product/product claims: The mattifying moisturiser from plum is loaded with green tea extracts and glycolic acid to keep skin healthy and prevents oxidative stress that can cause acne. its a silicone-free, matte-finish moisturizer with non-comedogenic ingredients for a non-shiny finish and acne combat.

Price: Rs. 470/- (for a 50ml bottle)

suitable for: combination/oily , acne prone skin

How to use: Dot your face with moisturizer. One dot each on the forehead, both cheeks, nose and chin. Gently massage into skin using finger-tips, in slow upward-outward circular motion.

Ingredients:

What's in - Aqua(water), caprylic/capric triglyceride, stearic acid, glycerin, camellia sinensis (green tea) leaf extract, triethanolamine, fragrance and FDA approved colors

What's out - parabens, phthalates, propylene glycol, SLS, DEA, PABA, and animal derived ingredients.

My opinion and Reviews Lets talk about the packaging first - it comes in a cylindrical tube with a pump dispenser and click cap to make it spill proof and travel friendly. The labels are green in color (a pictorial representation of green tea) which is very appealing. The pump dispenser is a job well done pumping out only what's required. One full pump is sufficient to cover the entire face.

Consistency and fragrance: it's a milky white creamy consistency which mattifies after gentle massage. has a mild tea like herbal fragrance to it.

How I use It - the climax of my day skin care routine (cleanser, toner, serum, and moisturizer). 5 dots in upward - outward circular motion.

My opinion on the ingredients: green tea is a marvelous addition in the skin care for folks suffering from mild to moderate acne or breakouts. it certainly calms those pesky acne, soothes and works great in detoxification. Glycolic acid is a form of AHA one of must have key ingredient in one's skin care regime esp. those with oily and combination skin. it primarily focuses on exfoliation(removal of dead skin cells), slows down the cell cycle making the skin look plump and youthful. The percentage of glycolic acid in the product really determines its effectiveness on the skin since there are no percentages mentioned i cannot comment on that !!

Post Moisturization: the skin feels well moisturized and maintain the mattifying effect for couple of hours. its light and doesn't feel sticky at all. it doesn't really combat or prevent acne but it helps to calm those redness and stingy feeling. it smells refreshing and no white cast as it vanishes into transparency post massage so that's a great advantage.

My final thoughts: I would definitely recommend this as a moisturizer than a healer. it's one of the best moisturizer for prolonged mattified and hydrated skin. Also, a little goes a long way.... my bottle lasts for upto 4 - 5 months so the price is definitely worth it!!

My Hair Saviour

Hey all, I finally decided to talk on why hair masks are so essential in your hair care routine. I have extremely frizzy hair and have tried so many products to tame my frizz but, none worked. But this mask works wonders on my hair. I usually switch hair products pretty often as many products which initially suit my hair will begin to damage my hair later on. This is the first product which I actually bought for the 3rd time now 😂. Well, I am actually impressed in myself that I am trying to keep up brand loyalty in hair care products. Now, let's begin, shall we?

My hair type: wavy a little longer than shoulder length, have not chemically or colour treated it since 2 years.

About the product: Mamaearth Argan Hair mask With Argan, Avocado Oil and Milk Protein.

What is it for : Frizz free and Stronger Hair.

What it claims: * Paraben and Silicone Free *Dermatologically Tested *Bioactive infused formula. *Repairs damaged hair *Reduces Frizz *Suitable for Treated and Curly hair.

Key Ingredients: Aqua, Brassica Alcohol, Brassicamidoprpyl Dimethylamine, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Sodium Hyaluronate, Milk Protein, Avocado Oil, Curd Extract, Argan Oil, Rosemary Oil, Cedarwood Oil, Tea Tree Oil, Potassium Sorbate and Sodium Citrate.

How to use: Part hair in two halves. Take a palm-full of hair mask and apply evenly from root to tip. Leave mask for 15-25 mins before washing it off with a Sulphate free shampoo.

Usage : Once a week (Twice a week for extra dry and frizzy hair) Consistency: Creamy White to be precise I can compare it with Yoghurt 😋. Okay... Don't eat that! it isn't edible.

Packaging : A cylinder Tub with a twist Lid and an inner cap to protect the contents. Also comes with an outer carton. Price: 599/- for a 200gm tub

Availability: Easily available on all leading ecom websites. My opinions and Review: My hair before masking: extreme frizz, regular hairfall (upto 50 to 100 strands a day), unmanageable, a big no for loose hair.

How do I use it? I wash my hair weekly twice. Mask on Tuesdays and Hair Oil on Fridays 😅... Don't ask Why... I just randomly made a Time Table for my hair and skin care routine. So, I use the hair mask weekly once by applying a Generous amount from Scalp on slightly damp hair leave on for 30 mins and washing it off with sulphate free shampoo and followed by a conditioner. The key ingredients mentioned here are all derived from Natural Sources. The hair mask is basically an all-rounder hair care solution treating various hair problems. Avocado is basically a form of biotin which is a key to healthy hair. Milk protein and Curd extracts soften and gives a beautiful shine to the hair. Tea Tree Oil and Cedarwood Oil are Dandruff (Bacteria/Fungi) and Odour Busters. Post Masking Results: Its tames the frizz keeps the hair soft, nourished and manageable upto to next wash. My hair feels soft and smooth to touch. My routine of post shampoo conditioning well complements the mask treatment in maintaining the smoothness until next wash. I also noticed reduced hair fall to an extent and new visible hair growth in a few months after usage. So Finally, this is one of the hair care product which has found its place in my heart and Hair Of course 💁. The results are mind-blowing and I would probably never think about finding an alternative for this. Fingers Crossed 🙌.
