This is a great product for makeup lovers. I have ajar and it is there for a while now. I don’t use it much as the process sometimes takes more time than expected. Using this product has been challenging for me. I am not comfortable carrying this product too. The packing is not travel friendly.

What I don’t like about the product is that even after using several times I’m not able to perfect the method of removing makeup with the balm. I have tried with steam and also with mixing it in water. It has been a waste of time and messy napkins. Not for me I would say.

In general steaming process is longer and exfoliating skin leaves you with rashes.
