I have been using this product for less than a week and so I could only say that this product is not a win or lose it helps to remove the makeup but it takes time and need to be gently massaged on the face and than the makeup comes off so it can be used for home purposes but as a makeup artist I would not recommend it to other makeup artists as we require such a product which immediately removes the makeup

I and my friend are big fan of this product. It is just not a make remover. The key feature is to clean up your skin, while the balm will your skin always moisture and bright. If you use the balm with steam them it unclogs the pores and make them breathable. With make up our skin pores get clogged this product just relives them completely.

Personally I don't recommend this product as doesn't provide great results. As far as my experience goes I couldn't remove the lighter lipstick which is there on my lips with this remover and moreover it leaves a oily surface outside the package which creates a difficulty is opening the box.

Melt Away Makeup Remover Balm I cannot even tell you how amazing this makeup remover balm is. It breaks down all the makeup with just a little bit of product. It has Neroli and Lime which gives a very fresh fragrance. It also has coconut, almond, macadamia and argan oils that helps in hydrating the skin with the cleansing. I take a small amount and it’s enough for my entire face including the water proof mascara. Once all the makeup is melted, I wipe everything with a cotton pad or just directly pour water on my face followed by a face cleanser. Highly recommend to whoever wants to remove their makeup deeply and easily.

I have been using the method of cleaning up my make up for a while now, since steam really helps to ease out the stubborn makeup from my skin. The steam melts the balm and makes it pretty simple to spread on my skin. The residues are quickly removed and skin is completely unclogged.

There are makeups that can be quite stubborn and resistant to soap and water. With Dot and Key, you really don’t have to worry about the stubborn makeup any more. Just a little application breaks the stubborn makeup and leaves the skin feeling clean and supple. This is one product that I have used frequently and with great success. I highly recommend it.

One more product from Dot & Key I used and loved also that is make up remover balm. Take a small amount of balm. Apply directly on your face. And remove your make up with Cotton ball or cotton pad. It will give velvet touch to your skin. Will remove all the dirt and stubborn makeup and also make your face feel fresh.

Gentle makeup remover That has got Mild fragrance too.easily melts makeup with no much effort. I had received this a day before ...its a tiny small thing and works just as it says.Firstly the packaging is soooo good i love the blue color of this. The product is gel based and is light greenish in color . The good thing is that the box comes with instructions inside explaining very nicely directions of use. I tried this first time and it took of my makeup so nicely .Though the instructions said take a good amount of it but I took less and still with a little massage it came so smooth didn't seem I had makeup on before . I totally recommend it and I love it's subtle sweet neroli and lime fragrance.And the best thing is it's dermatologically tested.

Most of the products that I sue on my skin are herbal or with natural ingredients in them. Dot & Key Melt Away Makeup Remover Balm is a nice product that has very les artificial content and more natural substance. I love the way it can swipe of the makeup and leaves no residues.

Once we girls at office went for an outing to a theme park. All of us wore the waterproof make up just to make sure us looks cute in our picture! After the outing at night we shared our skin care product and I used the Dot & Key Melt Away Makeup Remover Balm to remove the lipstick and eyeliners.
