I have very unruly, dry and damaged hair. For that, I depend on most of the products that give my hair proper nourishment and conditioning. Recently I have tried Forest Essentials Hair Conditioner and I’m impressed with it. Today I am going to review it for you guys. Packaging: It comes in a transparent plastic bottle with a golden screw open cap. The cap closes on with a tightly making it travel-friendly. Every information related to the product is written on the tube. Overall the packaging is good and travel-friendly. Smell: it has a very pleasant smell of all herbs which I think doesn’t your irritate nose. Texture and consistency: Milky white condition has thick consistency with a super soft texture. It feels like a thick lotion. For the smooth texture, it coats smoothly on every hair strands. Formula: it contains the natural goodness of nutritive ingredients, including Licorice, Coconut Milk, Amla, Sweet Almond Oil, Bhringraj, and Shikakai extracts that deeply nourish and soften hair. It covers hair very nicely and rinses off very easily in 2 washes. It doesn’t leave any greasiness behind. The two key ingredients that are Bhringraj and shikakai promote hair growth, straighten hair and reduce dandruff. It also has kalonji oil which improves hair texture. I generally apply this conditioner after washing my hair with shampoo. I take a generous amount of this conditioner and apply all over my hair. It leaves the conditioner for 3-4 minutes on my hair, then rinses off with cold water. Do not rinse off with warm water if you have dry hair like me. Warm water strips off natural oil from the hair making it more dry and frizzy. It doesn’t leave any sliminess on y hair which is really good. My hair feels so good, soft and nourished post wash. It retains natural oil of my hair. It makes my hair smooth, shiny and bouncy. This effect lasts for almost 3 days.

Shikakai and Bhringraj are natural ayurvedic components that were used by our grandparents generation to keep the hair silky smooth and manageable. Those were the times when you never had the liberty of using a packaged shampoo and conditioner and these were the natural shampoos and conditioners. Now, gone are the days when we get such pure extracts and components to maintain soft and healthy hair. We have to rely on packaged shampoos and conditioners that claim to have been made from pure extracts and we have no other choice but to believe them. I was of the same opinion until I tried Forest Essentials Hair Conditioner Bhringraj & Shikakai and the shampoo. These two make a great combo and give you the feel that you are actually using the natural extracts directly like your grandparents did. The conditioner is infused with extracts like licorice, coconut milk, amla, sweet almond oil, Bhringraj and Shikakai. These natural infused extracts help in deep conditioning of the hair, treating them from the roots and making them manageable and silky smooth. These extracts promote hair growth, treat dandruff, strengthen hair and also repair the damaged and split ended hair. It is also infused with Kalonji seeds that specifically works on the hair texture making it smooth and buttery soft. You would just want to touch your hair again and again after using this. This conditioner is a boon for those who have frizzy and dull hair. It instantly gives a bouncy shine and volume to the hair and gives a new life to the otherwise dull and tangled hair. It helps in detangling and makes the combing and brushing process quite easy and you can try various hairstyles, all thanks to this beautiful conditioner.

My hair and scalp are commonly normal only. Not too oily or not too dry. But during winters due to the climate, my scalp becomes flaky and dry. Due to that, I get dandruff in winters sometimes. I do natural and home remedies on weekends. But during my tight and busy days, I apply some herbal oil to get rid of dandruff and itchy scalp. Even conditioners also helped me a lot in my hair care. One of those conditioners is Forest Essentials Hair Conditioner Bhringraj & Shikakai. This conditioner is superb with herbal and natural ingredients. Bhringraj is a hair vitaliser for time immemorial in our Indian houses. And what to say about Shikakai? It was the only cosmetic we Indians used before the revolutionary entry of shampoo in the last century. Both together control thinning of hair, improves hair growth, removes dandruff. Bhringraj, Shikakai, and liquorice are rich in essential micronutrients to reduce hair fall and hair growth. Shikakai is hair cleanser also. All these three provide nourishment to hair and also to scalp. I apply Essentials Hair Conditioner Bhringraj & Shikakai on my scalp and hair whenever I wash my hair. After some gentle massaging, I washed my hair to remove this conditioner. There is no need for any oil or serum after using this conditioner because it does not wash away oil from our hair. I noticed a considerable amount of reduction in hair fall and dandruff. Even hair regrowth was also visible. The package of this conditioner is a pink plastic bottle with a golden colour cap. The consistency is thin with a milky white colour. Apart from Bhringraj and Shikakai, this conditioner contains liquorice, coconut milk, amla, kalonji seed oil, and sweet almond oil. This conditioner also makes our hair tangle-free. It is free from all chemicals. Price is very less compared to the result

After becoming a mother of two , maintaining a healthy hair became very difficult, i started to face hair fall, dandruff problems and had a very dry and dull hair . When they become worse i started to research for products that solve my purpose and gave almost every branded products in treating my dry and dull hair . One of my try in the list was Forest Essentials Bhringraj and Shikakai which was becoming very popular in social media . Since i want to get the best result i ordered both the shampoo and conditioner together . The Forest Essential Bhringraj and shikakai hair conditioner bottle comes in a transparent bottle with a golden cap.It has a small nozzle which helps in taking the required amount without wastage of the product . They are very sturdy and travel friendly . The conditioner is milky white and has a creamy texture . Because of the creamy texture it helps in applying the product smoothly over the hair strands . The fragrance is herbal kind of smell which was pleasing to me . It is very easy to rinse off and does not make the hair greasy or slippery at all . I find a good difference in the product when i use the conditioner along with the shampoo . It makes the hair so soft and detangled , gives a extraordinary shine and frizzy free hair . After a regular usage along with the shampoo it helped to treat my dry and dull hair making it look very healthy and looks hydrated . It does not gives a instant softness but it will help in getting a soft and smooth hair by regular usage . Since they are chemical free the result will be shown slowly but its long lasting . Though they are costly , they are the best herbal conditioner that is chemical free which has no side effects and highly recommended for dry and frizzy hair !!

Better than others

This hair conditioner retails for Rs 1350 for 200ml. The packaging is just like any other ayurvedic or herbal shampoo – a transparent plastic body with a pin-to-open nozzle. Like every hair conditioner, this conditioner also comes in white color, however, the consistency is not completely runny, rather it is pretty much thicker and seems to be like a body lotion. The best part of this hair conditioner I would say that to rinse it off is quite easily in comparison to any other of its competitors. You need not have to use gallons of water to rinse it off. Although, it not completely chemical-free, yes, it is free from the harmful chemicals like SLES/SLS. Hairs feel soft and manageable with an improved texture. So, overall, it is worth of trying however, it gives better results when it is used after its sister shampoo. Apart from being costly, I do not see any other Con attached to it. Hence, I would surely recommend this to all my friends.
