Light to medium coverage
I bought this concealer because it said ‘oil-free formula.’ For my terribly oily and acne prone skin, everything I buy has to be a thoughtful choice so that I don’t end up looking like an active volcano. I got the shade Light/Medium Warm which was a ‘true match’ for my skin tone. I found it a little pricey for the quantity, but because a lot of products don’t suit my sensitive skin, I didn’t mind paying the amount.
So, did I like it? Well, I don’t know the answer to that. It’s a very average product which didn’t cause breakouts. The packaging is average. It comes with a brush applicator which delivers a lot of product. The packaging is not very hygienic, but precise application is possible.
The consistency of this product is very runny. Yes, it is easy to blend it, but it doesn’t offer coverage. It provides sheer coverage, and building up too much of the product makes it look heavy. I have deep dark circles, and this product doesn’t cover them up. But, it does a fair job of covering up every other imperfection on my face, I have to give it that
Overall, it’s an average product that I can use along with another concealer (which I am yet to find) which will cover up my dark circles. It should be a good product for anyone looking for light coverage. It’s just not for me.

Easy to blend
One of my favorite bloggers did a tutorial on how to pull off a “no makeup” makeup look with just three products, the key being the concealer. I never owned a concealer before, and she suggested I try the L'Oreal Paris True Match Concealer. I got the shade Medium/Deep Neutral to match my skin tone.
I followed the procedure she explained in the video to create this look. I moisturized my face, and then used the concealer on the under eye dark circles, around the lips and nose, and on the dark spots. I blended it using my fingers, and it blended like a dream! It vanished, and along with it disappeared all the imperfections. It didn’t feel heavy. Actually, it didn’t feel like anything. And then I baked with a loose powder and was done.
The entire day, I did not feel the need for a touch-up. It was super amazing. Good job L’Oreal.

Difficult to apply
Yes, concealer with lightweight consistency is good. But, what good are concealers that are so watery they flow down your face? First off, the shade range has to be improved. I got the one that was closest to my skin tone, but now it feels like it’s too bright.
I tried applying it on the face with the brush, and before I could blend it, it started moving. I couldn’t blend it; it was everywhere. This is not something I am looking for in a concealer. I don’t know if it works or not, but it’s not good.

Does not cause breakouts
Does not conceal under-eye dark circles
L'Oreal Paris True Match Concealer offers sheer coverage and covers nothing more than your lightened dark spots and blemishes. It doesn’t work on anything darker, say your dark circles or dark spots, or freckles, anything of that sort. If you’re looking for sheer coverage, this concealer is the product for you.
