the people with frizzy dry hair suffers from hair loss the most and also looses the natural beauty from inside. the hair becomes unmanageable and dirty from inside. the serum makes the hair beautiful, glossy and ends u the dryness from the scalp. this serum works as a blessing for damaged hair and i love its results . its better but takes a lil more then need when applied.

I have been using this serum and I'm totally satisfied. I have fizzy, unmanageable hair but after applying this serum my hair quality has improved as well I can travel whole day n my hair remains in good condition. I'm a mom so I usually don't get much time for my hair care regime but after using the serum. I don't need any hair care regime I felt like.

I have used this product over 6 months now and kinda almost done with this one. I really loved it. This serum will make your hair sofy,smooth, shinny and manageable. I did hair coloring last year and after that my hairs just lost its smoothness and shine they became frizzy and at that time i started using this serum religiously and after few weeks i started to notice difference. So in all i would say its a great product.

I have been using this since last year. No wonder it controls frizz, makes your hair manageable. But the only con I found out is that the packaging is not at all travel friendly. But other than that it works great! I've chemically treated hair, it was recommended to be me immediately after getting my hair straightened!

I have done hair smoothening in my hair. This hair serum is perfect for my chemical treated hair. It keeps my ends smooth and manageable. It doesn’t need a lot of product, a bottle goes a long time. It’s a bit pricey but it’s totally worth it. I haven’t used any other hair serum after using this one. My hair doesn’t get tangled and it also gives my hair a beautiful shine.

After washing my hair, I air dry them almost 70-80% and while some moisture is still present in my hair, I take almost one full pump of it and work it along the length of my hair. I never use serums on the roots of my hair. After applying, I find that this gives an obvious healthy sheen to my manes. The fly aways are significantly tamed down. Hair becomes less tangy. I usually brush my hair after I apply this serum. So, the serum gets better distributed as well. Plus because of the serum, my hair do not tangle as much

I was not so impressed with the packaging and presentation of this serum. It comes in a transparent small bottle. It is colorless and watery in consistency. Though the use is simple still I feel that the packaging & presentation could be improved and made better. The fragrance is too good. It controls the frizz making the hair manageable. The serum comes handy in your palms; it spreads easily as the consistency not so thick, which I liked really. It makes us to apply it evenly on the hair strand. Use it in the following way- Shampoo your hair properly Towel dry your hair Take ample quantity of the serum on your palms and apply thoroughly on your hair strands throughout the length and thickness of your hair Though it is not needed to be applied on the scalp, still to treat extreme dry hair you can apply it on your scalp as well It helps to reduce split ends and enhance the shine of hair I found it extremely useful when you don’t have time to style your hair for a sudden party. I was blessed with a naturally straight and silky hair that needed least care, but with time and hormonal changes during pregnancy and post pregnancy and due to lack of sleep, my hair started to look dull. I faced hair fall, damaged hair exposure to pollution and dust was another reason to all these hair problems. I was advised by a hair expert to oil my hair at least once a week and use conditioner and most importantly a serum after wash to protect my hair from dust and pollution and give it that extra boost of nourishment. That’s when I went to a beauty store next to my house and got my hands on this, little did know, it worked like magic on my hair initially. I took a very little product in my palm and massaged it through my strands till end on damp hair. It helped my hair look healthy and shiny. Also it took care of the dry and damaged hair. I felt the product was not at all greasy and did not leave my hair looking sticky or oily. But after regular usage, as my hair got back its nourishment, I felt I now needed something lighter. I feel it is meant for people with very dry and frizzy hair. So according to me if you have straight and silky hair type like mine, you can choose to use this, when you know your hair is getting dry or your hair will be exposed to styling rods or heat continuously for few days. But if you have dry and unmanageable frizzy hair this is the perfect product for you. This serum comes in a transparent glass bottle with a pump dispenser. Three months back, I straightened my hair, and it looked and felt really good. But it started feeling rough after a few months. So, on the advice of my hair stylist, I got this L'Oreal Professionnel X-Tenso Care Serum.It comes in a cute see-through glass bottle with a plastic dispenser attached to it. The dispenser does not have a cap, so with a glass body and no cap for the dispenser, it is a huge risk to carry it around. As long as the bottle stays at home, it is functional.The consistency of the serum is runny but not entirely like water. I am glad it is a light textured serum because my hair tends to get oily quickly. It has a very beautiful floral fragrance.I use this serum after washing my hair when it is 90% dry. I apply it on the crown-length-tip of my hair, then leave it for 5 minutes and brush it. After doing so, I have noticed less hair fall. And to add to it, the texture of my hair also feels soft and smooth. The final look this serum gives me is almost like I have just come out of a salon, which is good!However, all these effects are not long term. For me to maintain this flawless look, I need to apply this serum every single day — both on damp and dry hair. Nonetheless, I am still very satisfied with the results it gives me. Till date, I have not experienced any negative effect from it. I think L'Oreal Professionnel X-Tenso Care Serum is suitable for all hair types. I say this because I have an oily scalp, yet I enjoy using this serum. So it is good to go. Will I repurchase it again? Definitely!

I was expecting so much from this L'Oreal Professionnel X-Tenso Care Serum. But all those expectations went down the drain. At first, I liked the non-greasiness and how it controlled my frizz. But after 3-4 hours, my hair was back to normal. To apply a product, again and again is not my thing. I am going to skip it.

My hair type is dry, so when I first saw the consistency of the serum, I thought it wouldn’t be enough. But to my surprise, I just needed two pumps to cover all my hair. I will say this serum is something you should look out for. It does not disappoint in terms of controlling frizz and adding shine to my hair. The only thing I don’t like about this serum is its glass packaging. Before it came in a plastic bottle which was so much better, now it’s just too much risk.

L'Oreal Professionnel X-Tenso Care Serum is a good serum that is maintaining my straightened hair for months now. It makes my hair very soft to touch, detangles my hair easily and has controlled my hair fall very well. But the catch for this serum is that I need to apply two times a day to maintain my hair. For me, I am used to this routine, so it does not bother me. But for those new users, it might be annoying. My verdict for this serum will be an average serum.
