I'm a loyal lipstick buyer of Milani cosmetics since last 3 years and can't stop now. You can never have enough lipsticks and this one tops all the charts. Milani color statement moisture matte lipstick comes in 15 different shades and costs Rs.850. The best part about it is that it is a creamy lipstick which helps in moisturising the lips so you don’t need to apply any lip balm and it gives a matte look too. This is a decent pick. I bought the lipstick keeping the brand in mind. The packaging is very nice and appealing. The bullet tube is gold and very shiny which looks appealing. There is nice mechanism and the cap kind of looks up so that the lipstick does not open up. I purchased the Matte Beauty shade. It is a lovely semi brown shade. It is just the right brown, not too dark nor too light. Perfect shade for me. The pigmentation is just about ok, not too great. The lipstick stay on for long and does not smudge. The shade dries to matte after sometime not immediately hence one cannot eat or drink within that time. I found my lips slightly dry after using this lipstick. Hence it is important to apply a lip balm before using it. After 4-5 hours is starts fading off. I liked this lipstick and would surely buy it again.

Just one stroke of the lipstick makes your lips velvety soft and voluptuous, delivering high color payoff. Matte lipstick isn't meant to be drying or complicated to wear and that is what Matte Color Statement Lipstick does! It is infused with grape seed extract imported from Italy and vitamins A and C that moisturize the lips and make them look bold and bright. One swipe is enough to get a lovely matte finish. Multiple swipes does not make the application patchy. The texture of the lipstick is quite creamy and it applies smoothly. It does not dry out the lips at all and feels quite moisturizing. The brand “Milani” offers an incredible range of cosmetics with extremely good quality at afforda-ble pricing. I was afraid to use any international brand over to my face as my only concern was that it would never suit the skin tone that the indian skin have got. My sister in law who stays at New Jersey was on a trip to India this year and she got a few cosmetics of this brand Milani for me. She insisted me to try the Color Statement Moisture Matte Lipstick to get a beautiful shade to my lips. Being slightly dusky as for as the skin tone in concerned there are very less shades that usually looks good on my face. And my sister in law knew it very well. Milani Colour Statement Moisture Matte lipstick range is a nice and affordable range of lipsticks. They had launched 24 shades. My current most favourite the naturally chic. Now I choose this colour as I was looking out for something not to bright, no red for sure and wanted to try something apart from the dark colours that I generically have a thing for. The Colour did disappoint me a little bit. Definitely looked like a little bit different in the case than in reality. In reality it was a little too chic. I mean it was tad bit bright. The lipstick comes in a beautiful case. Golden. The upper case is also the same. The top is engraved with the number or the colour code and the shade encrypted. It also shows the colour of the lipstick which is a very easy to make sure you know what you are selecting or going for. The brand name is engraved in golden fonts to the side of the upper case. Very appealing and a pleasant thing to see. Anyone would fall for the elegance and the royal look of it. The good thing was the bottom also had the colour band matching the colour shade. The cap shuts tight and there is no danger of the cap coming off loose. Even though the packaging is quite simple, it looks classy and doesn’t feel flimsy at all. I choose the naturally chic as I wanted something sober for office wear. The pigmentation of the lipstick is quite strong. One swipe is enough to get a lovely matte finish. Multiple swipes does not make the application patchy. The texture of the lipstick is quite creamy and it applies smoothly. It does not dry out the lips at all and feels quite moisturizing. The lipstick does transfer and the staying power is not all that great. Universal problems these are. The lipstick stays on me for around 4 hours depending upon what I am eating. This is expected from a lipstick that is this creamy. I would surely recommend you to try it out if you like the shade.
