I remember eating Parachute Coconut Oil from the tin container while it was in its solid form. Yuck! I won’t do that now. But then, its smell was so alluring that it was impossible to resist as a child.
Over the years, this coconut oil has upgraded to more hygienic packaging and a better formulation. But the thing I’m most grateful about is that it has remained true to its identity - 100% Coconut Oil.
When I was a kid, my mother was very careful with grooming me and my sister. She made sure our hair was taken care of as well. Back then I had beautiful hair but during my teenage years, I abandoned my mother’s remedy and invented my own i.e., hair serum and straightener. Well, it worked when I was young and fresh but now I’m in my late twenties, and my hair is crying out for help. I was absolutely unaware of the damage until I went home last winter and my mother started nagging me about my experiments on my hair. History was repeating itself when my mom forcefully started massaging my scalp and hair with Parachute Coconut Oil before bed. I had to wash it off the next day with lukewarm water. I did not use cold water because it gets greasy and makes it harder to wash off. My mom repeated this routine for one and half month. I didn’t resist after a while because the massage felt relaxing. Now that I am back in the city, whenever I meet a friend they always compliment me on how healthy my hair looks now. And I feel it too. After applying Parachute Coconut Oil for one and a half month, my hair has bid goodbye to dandruff. The roughness that made my hair look like corn hair is now turning into soft strands of silk. I have grown to love this oil again. Its smell is still the best among all the other hair oils, and the texture is balanced. It solidifies during winter, but that can be corrected by placing it in a bowl of warm water. The task of combing after hair wash has become easy, and the strands on my comb have visibly reduced. I regret ever giving up this product. Now that I’m reunited, I am marrying this hair oil.

Parachute Hair Oil is amazing. I saw one of their adverts on TV and started using it as a remedy for heavy hair fall. It actually works! Really well in fact! Not only has it reduced hair fall but it has also made my hair thicker and stronger.

PROS

Makes hair thicker

Strengthens hair

Makes hair voluminous

CONS

Solidifies in winter

Not good for oily skin

I love this oil. I have been using it since I was a kid. It not only makes the hair thick, but it also makes the skin supple and firm. I have never had a hair problem and I’ve always been complimented on having incredible hair. I thank Parachute for that. I oil my hair once in every three days. I warm the oil and apply it, keeping for an hour before I wash it off. I have thick strong black hair. I love the coconutty smell it has. It becomes thick in winter but you can just simply put the bottle in some warm water and it thins again.

PROS

Nourishes hair

Deep conditioning treatment

Soothes headaches

CONS

Solidifies in winter

Coconut smell

Parachute Oil nourishes the hair right from the root, keeping it hydrated. This is what all their ads say. My hair was dry, horribly dry. I used the oil as a deep conditioning treatment. It really made my hair thick and shiny. I also used it as massage therapy to relieve headaches and it worked wonders. The one drawback is that the oil solidifies during the winter. I had to put it in warm water to liquefy it.

4/5

PROS

Reduces hair fall

CONS

Didn’t add shine

Too oily

Parachute Coconut Oil not only helps reduce hair fall but is also great for head massages if you have a headache. Though in terms of shine, hair is the same as before. The oil is transparent and is thin in consistency.

5/5

PROS

Reduces split ends

Reduces hair fall

Prevents graying of hair

Stimulates hair growth

CONS

Solidifies in winter

My hair was nice and thick, but once I shifted to another state, the hair fall began. Heavy hair fall. Parachute Oil helped decrease the hair fall substantially. My hair is now thick and black, and it has shine as well. My hair has become strong, and I have almost no split ends. The oil has also reduced dryness. I also use it to massage my skin every other week. Within weeks, my skin has become supple and smooth.
