Washes off oiliness
Does not control hair fall
I have oily hair, and for some reason, my hair started falling. So, when I saw this shampoo in a supermarket, I thought of trying it out. The tag ‘No Paraben’ and “No dyes’ interested me, so I purchased it.
After a month’s use, I see it turned out to be good for my hair. I mean, not entirely but mostly. To start with, I have long hair, so it falls on my face very often when I keep it untied. Sometimes, it gets annoying but ever since I started using this shampoo, I don’t mind it ‘cause of the fragrance. Very often, I tend to hold some strands and sniff them. Can’t help it, the smell is just too alluring.
Now about the oiliness. Tresemme Botanique Nourish & Replenish Shampoo washes off all the oiliness and greasiness on my scalp. Since I wash my hair every day, I don’t know how long it holds off the oiliness, but I am satisfied with how it works on me. And about my hair fall? Well, it does nothing. I haven’t seen any difference, so that is a minus point for me.
Though it does nothing for my hair fall, I like how my hair feels with this shampoo- soft texture, glossy look, no frizziness, no greasiness, and the alluring fragrance it leaves behind. So, yes! I will buy it again.

Cleanses oily very well
Leaves the hair squeaky clean
Refreshing smell that lingers for long
Different sizes available
Makes the dry ends rubbery
Does not fulfill its claims
I have oily scalp and dry ends, so I think I can say that I have combination hair type. Once I started using this shampoo, my oily scalp seems to be in control, but my dry ends remain the same. In fact, the dry ends tend to feel rubbery, which I don’t like.
Other than that, I’m pretty much okish with this shampoo. Wasn’t really expecting too much, so I am not utterly disappointed.
My overall verdict will be, Tresemme Botanique Nourish & Replenish Shampoo is just like any other shampoo at the drugstore. Nothing significantly different about it. I will consider purchasing it again when my budget is low.

Improves hair texture
Nourishes dry scalp
Makes hair soft and silky
Does nothing for split ends
Does not fully control frizz
I like how this shampoo looks, very sleek and professional. I have bought the 580ml, so it comes in a pump dispenser which I love. It makes the whole process of applying the right amount easy and there is no hassle at all.
Also, it’s almost the third month running since I started using this shampoo and it’s still there! I mean the bottle is lasting so long (almost fed up of using the same thing for so long). But my hair has responded well to this shampoo. The texture is fine, soft and silky. Though I have dry hair, it does not dry my hair.
I use this shampoo twice a week, and till my next wash, my hair still feels like it can go on for another day or two. I like this shampoo very much, and I will recommend it to others as well.

Nourishes the scalp
Makes the hair manageable
Removes excess oil
Needs conditioner to control hair fall
My rough-tangled hair is tamed wonderfully everytime I use this shampoo. It smells good and comes at a very reasonable price. It has been a month since I started using this shampoo and so far, I like it.
I combined it with the conditioner, and the results are a bonus for me. My hair fall has also reduced visibly once I started using this shampoo with the conditioner. For hair fall, it only works when combined with conditioner, so make note of that.
Overall, it is a decent shampoo, and I see myself getting back to it again.
The ingredients are- Water, Sodium Laureth Sulphate, Dimethiconol & Trideceth-10 and Tea Dodecylbenzenesulfonate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Sodium Chloride, Perfume, Carbomer, Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil, Camellia Oleifera (Camellia) seed oil, Glycol Distearate, Cocamide Mea, Amodimethicone and Cetrimonium Chloride and Trideceth-12, Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride, Mica and Titanium Dioxide, Disodium EDTA, DMDM Hydantoin, Methylchloroisothiazolinone and Methylisothiazolinone, Sodium Hydroxide, Coumarin, Linalool.
TRESemme shampoo contains sulfates which are bad for the hair. Sulfates are what creates the lather. They can be super drying for hair and can also build up and block the follicle, resulting in weakness and in some cases, hair loss.
It also contains silicon which gives the hair the illusion of shine. Sensitive hair can face discomfort and irritations. And it can also lead to bad hair fall.
