And while these are no doubt very inspiring and show the strength of womankind, they often only portray only one side of the story.

So many hilarious things happen to us in the process of creating our own inspiring life stories that you wouldn’t believe. 1. The Lunchbox Massacre

“I have been married for 10 years now and I have a 7-year-old daughter. Being a housewife, one of my prime responsibilities is packing lunch for my daughter and husband. My daughter is a fussy eater and doesn’t like to eat healthily. So to get her to eat better, I started packing healthy lunches with little notes in them. One day I put a note that read: “Healthy food is good for the brain.” That day, when she came back home, she handed me the tiffin box with a sour face and went away. I opened it to see if she had eaten. What I saw was the food had been hacked to pieces with a pen and a note in it said, “Tasty food is good for the mood”. Looks like my daughter couldn’t take it anymore!

2. The Mistaken CEO

“I was going on a work trip and was about check into a small room in this nice hotel. However, there was some confusion as my name was exactly the same as a woman CEO of some company so I got her big, fancy room instead of my pigeon hole. Needless to say, I didn’t say a word and I just took the room. I just really wanted to see what it was like living in one of the fancy rooms! Everything was going fine— I was enjoying the luxuries of the room and soaking in the Jacuzzi until the doorbell rang. I quickly put on a bathrobe and went to open the door and guess who was there? The CEO whom the room was for!
I never ran so fast in a bathrobe in my entire life!”

3. When The Student Punishes The Teacher

“This happened during my first year as a primary school English teacher. So there was this very naughty kid in my class who always used to make fun of all his classmates. One day, the class became too noisy because of his shenanigans. So I asked him to come take my place as the teacher instead (while I took his as the student). He seemed very eager to do that. So, we exchanged roles for the period. As he was teaching, something outside the window caught my eye and I was distracted. I think he saw me zoning out and at that very moment, he asked me a question, which I couldn’t answer! So he told me he’d punish me by making me stand in the corner. The class had never laughed so hard!”

4. “Falling” In Love Hard

“As a first-year student of sociology, I never had many boys in my class. Of course, sociology is not exactly a “guy’s subject”. Nonetheless, there was this one really cute guy that I had a huge crush on. We frequently had documentary days in dark rooms and this happened on a day like that. As the day’s documentary was going on, I got up to excuse myself to the washroom. I didn’t know he was sitting behind me. So as I got up, I kind of lost my balance and fell smack dab in the middle of his lap like a Bollywood heroine! Now, he just avoids me.”

5. A Smelly Affair

“I am a cosmetic surgeon by profession, which means I’m kind of used to looking at odd bits of loose skin and other deformities at unmentionable parts of people. On a regular working day, a rather cute guy walked into my office. He had this mole on his derriere he wanted me to check out. So I asked him to lie on the table and lower his pants. As I was checking the mole with my fingers, the guy just farted straight into my hands! And it was a smelly one that he let out! After that, he put his pants up and just quietly walked away. I had a good laugh!”
