The world had been speculating about her relationship with the Indian cricket team captain, Virat Kohli, for quite some time, but she never gave in by admitting to it, until one fine day when pictures of her nuptials were leaked online. When Anushka did acknowledge the relation by putting up an official picture of the event on her Instagram page, she gave us a peek at her bridal avatar in which she could be seen looking fresh as a daisy in a pale pink Sabyasachi number. The lehenga was embroidered in renaissance style with silver-gold thread and Anushka paired it with matching jewelry from Sabyasachi’s heritage collection and the result was perfection!

2. Kareena Kapoor Khan

When Bollywood royalty meets actual royalty, the result has to be amazing. Which is what happened when Bebo decided to tie the knot with the Pataudi prince and actor, Saif Ali Khan. The newly minted Pataudi princess followed in her mother-in-law, Sharmila Tagore’s footsteps by donning the traditional Pataudighagra, which was worn by Sharmila in her own wedding. All those hopeful brides who want to have a traditional look with a twist can take a page out of Kareena’s book.

Adding chaar-chaand to the look was her heritage jewelry.
