It’s no secret that BTS has achieved incredible success in the past few years and has only been on a meteoric rise since their breakthrough in 2013. It’s easy to forget that, like other boy bands, these boys too were super young when they achieved superstardom. Considering how impactful and deep their music is, the boys aren’t afraid to touch on sensitive topics that many artists would choose not to talk about. Yes, BTS is always talking about the importance of mental health and being yourself unconditionally.

After having soared to worldwide success, BTS has been pretty honest about how they manage to handle the massive rise to superstardom yet stay grounded and focused on their goals at the same time. RM had spoken up about how having six people around him who understood him truly made him feel special. He admitted that while they were not perfect, he was grateful to have them in his life. J-Hope added to what RM had to say and spoke about how he felt extremely lucky to have the immense support of their fans. He spoke about how he was living his life and felt like he was living it to fulfill a calling. He also spoke about how his motto should be about being thankful and living life in the moment. J-Hope added, “Recently, I have been listening to Justin Bieber’s Lonely and have had many thoughts on how all people think similarly. Therefore, I think things that we need to bear and carry through our lives should be recognized by ourselves. This seems to be very important for all of us.”

RM also had a lot of nice things to say about the BTS ARMY and the amount of opportunities the band has received, thanks to them. He added that he believes they are super lucky to have been featured on International billboards and the fact that they are currently the most well-known boy band on the planet.

It truly is incredible to see how humble and down-to-earth these boys are remaining despite their massive success. Achieving mainstream success on international charts is no easy task, and we understand how overwhelming it can be. We cannot wait to see what BTS has in store for us in the upcoming year, and we are thrilled to listen to their MTV Unplugged performance. Will you be tuning in to hear them on 23rd February?
