2. Ek Jhoothi Love Story

Ek Jhoothi Love Story is a love story with a twist. The show is about two people who shoot for the stars yet follow a very simple life in reality. In the pursuit to chase that perfect reality, the pair both lie to each other on social media to set up their perfect life. However, their lives get intertwined with one another and things take an awry turn. The show will be out on the 30th October on Zee5.

3. Mum Bhai

This crime drama focuses on the underworld of Mumbai in the 1980s and 1990s. It follows the story of an encounter specialist named Bhaskar Shetty. He is tasked with capturing an infamous don. The show speaks about the don’s rise to power and follows his rise to power in the seedy underworld of that era. It is set to release on the 6th of November on ALTBalaji and Zee5.

4. Naxalbhari

This crime drama focuses on a special task force agent played by Rajeev Khandelwal. The character of Raghav decides to embark on a secretive mission to diminish the naxal uprising in the Maharashtrian town of Gadchiroli. However, the war ends up becoming too personal as he starts to dig deeper and uncover a larger focus of the uprising. The show is set to be released on the 28th of November on Zee5.

5. Aashram Season 1 Part 2

This show features Bobby Deol playing a dubious “Godman” whose good deeds are a front for the vile and criminal acts he commits otherwise. He takes advantage of the lowest of society and appears as a messiah figure. Unfortunately, the show is a stark reality in our country as many such “Godmen” have been accused of heinous crimes like rape, torture, misuse of power, and much more. However, this show focuses on how the law and a few crusaders try their best to bring down the false “Godman.” The show is set to be released on the 11th of November on the MX Player streaming service.

6. The Family Man Season 2

The show everyone has been anticipating for. Featuring the incredible Manoj Bajpayee in the lead role, season two will take off from where we were left in Season 1. The first season was rated very highly by viewers and Manoj Bajpayee won praises for his role as the middle-class Srikant Tiwari, who also happens to be a secret agent. The first season of the show is currently running on Amazon Prime and the second season is yet to be announced. Amazon has released a trailer for season two that you can watch online.

7. The Test Case Season 2

The Test Case Season 2 features Harleen Sethi set to take on the helm from Nimrat Kaur as an officer in the armed forces. Harleen plays an army officer by the name of Zoya Ali and the show will showcase her fierce and strong side as she works her way through the army. The show will be set in Kashmir and will focus on the themes of loyalty, guerilla warfare, espionage, and belief.

8. Bhaag Beanie Bhaag

Bhaag Beanie Bhaag is a dramedy that focuses on the life of a stand-up comedian named Beanie. Beanie is played by Swara Bhaskar and deals with the challenges that upcoming and newbie comedians face in a big and ruthless city like Mumbai. It’s about how Beanie escapes a life of comfort to chase after her dreams, all while dodging the pressures of her concerned parents and boyfriend who is desperate to get hitched to her. The series will also star established comedian Varun Thakur and actors Dolly Singh, Ravi Patel and Girish Kulkarni in leading roles. The show is set to premiere on Netflix, but as of now, only a trailer has been released and shared online.
