5-Minute Hairstyles That Will Let You Hit The Snooze Button Longer

What’s the most disappointing day in our lives that comes once in seven days? It has to be the dreadful Monday, right? Everybody whines about it, gets annoyed with it, cribs about it, makes memes against it, but there’s no escaping the morose Monday. We all have to deal with it no matter what. Add to this melancholy, the stressful session of dressing up for the day. While it’s easier to slip into a pair of jeans and a *No Fs given* tee, it’s definitely not an easy task to tame our tresses and style our hair to look office/college/brunch ready.

And as girls or ladies, a gender which always takes pride in dressing up right, Monday morning is extremely tricky! So, for all you ladies out there who love to hit the snooze button a little longer on a Monday morning and also want to make sure that in addition to that winged eyeliner, the hairdo is on point, here are a few easy-peasy 5-minute hairstyle tricks that will make dressing up an easy task. What’s best about these hairdos is that they can be done on hair of any texture, length, style or cut! Let’s have a look together now.

1. Messy Monday Morning Bun

A super simple undone bun like this is perfect for a Monday morning when you are in a hurry and don’t really want to spend time or experiment with your hair much. All you need to do is spray some hair spray on your hair. We suggest you use a hair spray that can help you get that beachy wave texture. After that, twist your hair and roll it into a bun just like how it’s shown in the video. You will need some bobby pins to keep your hair in its place. The trick for the messy hair bun to stay put is to pin it up right. If you are not good with pins, you can use your hair clip as a rescuer.

2. For The Curly Hair Ladies

Ladies with curly hair, we know that you always whine about the dearth of hairstyles made for you. All the existent ones take too much time and effort that one doesn’t want to invest early in the morning. Anyway, we don’t want you to go through the hair drama anymore. This hairstyle is a quick fix for all your hair styling woes. All you got to do is just wear a hair band and then start partitioning your hair into small parts from top to bottom in sections of the half. Just twist and pin each section down like shown in the video. Finish this off with a hair setting spray and you’re good to go.

3. For Days When You Want To Cheat-Braid Your Hair

Braids are lovely, they can make your hair look great! But, early in the morning, we don’t really think you’d want to spend so much time in braiding your hair neatly. This is where this cheat trick of braiding comes into the picture. All you have to do is divide your hair into segments. Then, twist each segment and tie a knot in the beginning. After this, continue to twist the rest of the hair and just twirl it around each other like shown in the video. Seal it up with a band or a clip and voilà, your braid is done! This hairstyle is perfect for lazy mornings or any kind of lazy dressing up sessions.

4. For Vacations, It’s A Yay-cation Bun

I mean you didn’t think I’d ever leave you TUTORIAL-LESS, did you? 1️⃣ I prepped Emily’s hair with KEH Sea Salt Air Dry Spray on wet hair. Dried that in using just my fingers, no brush. 2️⃣ Grabbed a long hair scarf (or maybe it’s not a hair scarf 🤷‍♀️ maybe it’s a belt. Who really knows.) and attached a ponytail holder to the end. Tie it, twist it, whatever you want. 3️⃣ Wrap the scarf around the ponytail diagonally like a candy cane. 4️⃣ Honestly the rest is total freestyle. I didn’t know what this would look like when I started. I twisted it into a bun, pulled it apart a little, sprayed it a little, pinned it a little, and repeated that until i thought it was cute. This is one of those hairstyles you can feel out as you go. There’s no right or wrong. But I will say… that Air Dry Spray gives the hair soft grit which helps those slippery little bobby-pins stay in place. 🌊💪🏼🖤

Whether it’s a vacation or not, it’s nice to dress up like you were on one, isn’t it? That’s where this bun makes an entry. It takes less than five minutes to do it too. All you need is a scarf (a hair scarf would be more apt) attached to a pony holder. You can also tie it to the pony holder. Like a candy cane, wrap the scarf around the ponytail. And the rest is freestyle bun.Just tie it or twist it into a bun with the help of bobby pins like shown in the video. Once you think it couldn’t look cuter than this, set this hairstyle with a hair spray and you’re good to go.

Aren’t these hairstyles like a boon to our insane Monday mornings? You just need to find ways to make all of your mornings better, and these hairdos help you achieve just that.
