In this fast-paced era of constant competition, we are looking for hacks that will bring some ease into our routine and get things done efficiently but quickly. It not only applies to your work but your daily routine. You usually make it just in time for work but are always apprehensive of the fact that you maybe give off a bad whiff or just look dirty and dull in general. If you’re looking for a reason to skip bathing every morning then you should know that over-cleansing your skin can lead to it developing skin irritation and sores. If you live in a colder part of the world, you can probably skip bathing every day and switch to doing it every alternate day. If you’re wondering how to get clean and smell fresh without having to take a shower, then we have a couple of tips that might help you:

Mix two tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar with a glass of water and store it in a spray bottle. You can spray this toner onto your hair or skin when you’re simply in a rush to get somewhere. Apple cider vinegar is natural and can even help to restore the natural pH levels of your skin. It can help make your hair look super radiant even if you haven’t washed it. Don’t worry too much about the smell as it will go away once your hair has gotten dry. Word of caution: Never use apple cider vinegar raw as its acidic nature will most definitely char your hair and scalp forever. Always dilute it no matter what.

The best way to ensure that your clothes smell fresh and peachy clean during the day, despite not having a shower, is to use a small amount of fabric refresher on them. Fabric refresher is usually used on curtains or on armchair coverings and is useful to get rid of bad smells. It helps maintain the sensation of freshness so if you’re paranoid that you might be smelly, spray some on your clothes and let them dry before you put them on. Let’s face it, most perfumes don’t last long.

However, while this is not a substitute for regular face wash or body wash, it can help your open pores look less shiny. Just dab your neck, face, and décolleté with rice paper sheets and it will absorb any excess oil on your face and skin. Don’t make it a regular habit as it can strip your natural nutrients excessively.
