It all started with CONTOURING. Then came STROBING, and now, everyone is talking about NON-TOURING.

This summer, don’t let your skin get clogged with heavy makeup. Instead, opt for the trend the world is getting inclined towards – non-touring. The reason for this change in trend is the rise in temperature and humidity. People are like – why not opt for products that are lightweight and have dewier formulas?

Famous celebrities such as Khloe Kardashian and Gigi Hadid have already ditched their heavy foundation-based matte makeup looks and mastered the non-touring’s au naturale look.

“It’s kind of like Spanx for the skin,” says the celebrity makeup artist Renee Sanganoo. “You know you’re wearing it, but no one’s supposed to see it.”

The 35-year-old reality star, Kim Kardashian also revealed at the Vogue Festival that she has already moved on from her past love for contouring and is now trying to wear less makeup. She says that she just loves the non-touring beauty trend. She also added in her statement that her husband, Kanye West, loves her without makeup, and thus, she is more likely to stick to non-touring.

Now the question that arises is, what is non-touring?

Non-touring is the perfect mix of contouring and strobing that gives you a just-woke-up look in only three steps. All you need is a primer, moisturizer, and highlighter. This will give you a soft, glowy and dewy look that is daytime-friendly.

Here’s how you can go for this trend:

  1. Select a primer matching your skin type. Make sure it is a dewy one with luminous shimmer.
  1. After applying it, even out your complexion using a tinted moisturizer.
  1. Complete your look with a highlighter.

The best part of non-touring makeup is priming up the skin as it makes your makeup sweat proof and is ideal to wear on the hottest days.
