Well, according to us, it was during the 90s that fashion was recognized the most and was taken to be a serious deal. From celebrities to the common man, everyone started to follow fashion trends. In fact, the 90s trends were so phenomenal that even to this day they are still considered to be a rage in the fashion industry.

Even our humble Indian ethnic wear like the saree got a facelift during the 90s. Bollywood has always played an important role in influencing fashion styles in every era. So, when we mention the 90s times, which heroine’s name comes to your mind in terms of fashion? For us, we think of Urmila, Preity Zinta, Juhi Chawla, Karishma Kapoor, Kajol, etc. They have all been the trendsetters. And the present fashion influencers like Deepika Padukone, Alia Bhat, Sonam Kapoor, etc., are seen adopting some of the 90s fashion elements in their own personal styles, especially with the sarees.
