A Quiet Celebration
The young love birds had announced their upcoming nuptials through their social media pages on the 12th of May 2020. The pair had only announced their engagement after their families had sat down together and approved of the union. Rana announced his nuptials by sharing an adorable selfie of the two and captioned it, “She said yes”. Their fans and friends were extremely ecstatic to hear about the news and many took to social media to congratulate the couple.
Although the couple who had planned on a grand wedding in the past, changed their minds due to the pandemic. They’ve revealed that the wedding will be a lowkey but beautiful celebration. Rana’s father had shared a few more details about the wedding with the press. He stated that everyone who attends the event will be tested to ensure that they are not COVID positive. They also plan on keeping hand sanitizers around the venue and implement social distancing measures. The mother of Miheeka Bajaj, Bunty Bajaj also agreed with Rana’s father’s sentiments and added that safety is their first priority and that they would not compromise in that regard.

The gorgeous interior designer is one of the first celebrities to celebrate her wedding nuptials while wearing a designer mask. Miheeka hasn’t been shy from sharing tidbits from her special ceremonies with her social media followers and Rana Dagubati fans are going wild over the adorable pictures of the much in love couple.
During an interview, Rana had revealed how he had popped the question to Miheeka. He said, “She knew where I’m getting at when I called her and then she met me in person, that’s it. I remember I said a bunch of things together. For me, it was serious. It was commitment. When I met her, that’s the time I felt I am ready to do this. It was that simple, for real.”
An Adorable Lovestory
The couple has known each other for around ten years but it was only two years ago that they decided to take their friendship to the next level and date. Miheeka is an interior designer based in Mumbai and is close friends with celebrities like Sonam Kapoor. In fact, Sonam shared an image of the couple on her story and gave them her blessings. Miheeka was a student of interior design at a prestigious university in London before she returned to India to settle in Mumbai.
The pair met early on in life as Miheeka was the classmate of Rana’s cousin sister, Ashritha. Rana had opened up about how he thought it was the right time to settle down and felt like Miheeka was the one. He spoke about how when good things happen in life one must always go with the flow rather than focussing on other things. When Rana was quizzed about his family’s reaction to the news of their relationship, he said, “It all went from shock to joy. Be it, my parents or my sister, it was something that they wanted for a long time. So, they were really happy.” He revealed that he knew that Miheeka knew he was going to propose as he asked her to meet him in person rather than the speaking over the phone. Something they had not been able to do due to work commitments and other issues.
Time To Settle Down
He spoke about how his priorities in life have changed and that he values the idea of commitment more now. Rana candidly opened up about how he had never really thought about settling down until recently and believed that Miheeka was the right person to settle down with at the right time. He spoke about how the couple are very much in love with each other and that Miheeka absolutely adores him. Rana even joked about how he really enjoyed having that kind of attention.

Rana too shared the same image on his profile and announced to the world that it was finally official between the two.
