Enough sleep is absolutely mandatory, if you need to lose weight your body has to relax, heal and recuperate so that it’s energized for the next day’s work out and other activities. Lack of sleep increases your appetite, and just to give you some additional trivia, you shed about half a kilo while you are sleeping.

6. You Wear Loose Clothes

Your comfortable, loose, baggy clothes, do no good for your weight. How? Well they cover you up in a way, thats you forget what you look like, which serves as zilch motivation. Get yourselves slightly fitted clothes so you can see those bulges, and work towards nullifying them.

7. You Skip Breakfast

Skipping breakfast to balance out calories, is the biggest mistake you can make. The body holds on to the fat, because it thinks it is going to be starved.
