  • 2 tablespoons of fenugreek oil

How To Use

  • Take the oil in a small bowl. Pour some of it in your palms, and rub your palms together.
  • Apply it on your breasts with your fingertips and massage the area gently for about 5 minutes. It is recommended that you do this daily before going to bed.

It is believed that fenugreek seeds can help in expanding the skin around the chest area (1). Therefore, if you massage your chest area with fenugreek oil regularly for a prolonged period of time, it can very well help you increase your breast size.

2. Massage With Olive Oil

To follow this remedy, you will need:

  • Two teaspoons of olive oil

How To Use

  • Transfer the oil onto your palms and rub them together.
  • Apply it on your breasts by massaging it gently with your fingertips. Do this for about 5 minutes. You can use this remedy twice a day.

A choice alternative for those who prefer to eat healthy and light, olive oil is rich in anti-oxidants (2). It also contains phytoestrogens (estrogen – the primary female hormone – that is present naturally in food), which emulate the activity of estrogen, and therefore, you can use it to increase your breast size.

3. Massage With Rose Oil

To follow this remedy, you will need:

  • 1 teaspoon of rose essential oil
  • 20 ml of carrier oil such as coconut oil

How To Use

  • Take a small bowl, and pour the two oils in it and mix them well.
  • Now, apply this oil onto your breasts by massaging them with your fingertips. Do this for about five minutes. Use this remedy twice a day, daily to get noticeable results.

Rose oil contains a compound called geraniol. This compound, much like the phytoestrogens, mimics the activity of estrogen (3), (4). And hence, its regular use can stimulate breast growth.

4. Include Soy Milk In Your Diet

As unappetizing as it sounds, including soy milk in your diet can actually have an effect on your breast size. This is because soy milk, which is made from soybeans is a rich source of a phytoestrogen called isoflavones (5). The correct way to include this in your diet so as to get definite results would be having a cup of soy milk (without any added sugar) daily.

5. Have A Diet Rich In These Foods

A good diet is instrumental in good health, but it can also have an impact on the size of your breasts. If you are looking to make your girls bigger, don’t forget to include the following fruits in your diet:

  • Fruits such as papaya, pomegranates, apples, grapes, and berries.
  • Vegetables such as beans, spinach, sprouts, garlic, and onion
  • Dry fruits such as walnuts and pistachios

These fruits are rich in phytoestrogens, and including them can help you in increasing your breast size (6).

6. Do Chest Exercises

While the other remedies focuses more on your diet and topical treatments, this one is more focussed on the strengthening of the muscles in and around your breast. Doing exercises such as push-ups, wall-presses or chair lifts will engage your arms and shoulder. This helps in toning your breasts and giving them more firmness.
