Keshav Banerjee is MS Dhoni’s childhood coach and helped him on his journey into becoming the incredible person he is now. Banerjee spoke about how Sushant was an extremely gentle soul and extremely well behaved. He added that he was shocked to hear the news of his death and recounted the time they caught up in Ranchi, Dhoni’s hometown. He spoke about how he had long chats with Sushant and how Sushant would insist on perfecting his shots.

Former cricketer, Kiran More spoke about how it is extremely difficult to take on the role of such an influential cricket player and how Sushant exceeded everyone’s expectations. He added that there have been plenty of biopics but not many saw the same level of success that MS Dhoni: An Untold Story did. He added this about Dhoni, “We used to have normal practice sessions. He was treated as a normal cricketer at the nets. The fast bowlers would bowl to him. We started off with a tennis ball. But there was no compromise later as he became more confident.”
