While it is a better idea not to travel internationally during this pandemic, if you and your partner are dead set on leaving the country, then you need to keep certain restrictions in mind. Many countries have placed a lot of travel restrictions and some haven’t even opened their borders to international tourists. Keeping all of these factors in mind, there are plenty of ways that you can safely travel to different parts of the world. You should also note that no place will guarantee 100% safety. You can still get exposed to the virus on your journey to the location or on the way back even if there are no active cases in the location. With that being said, let’s take a look at nine international destinations that you can plan to celebrate your honeymoon in:

1. Costa Rica

Out of all the Latin American countries, Costa Rica has maintained the lowest COVID-19 fatality rate and its government has been praised for the management of the pandemic. It is also a global leader in sustainability and conservation of the environment. Recently, the Costa Rican government legalized same-gender marriage and is also a lot more progressive than its neighboring countries. There are tonnes of activities you can participate in like, surfing, canopy zip lining, watching whales and plenty of other fun activities. Visit this place if you and your partner want to get more in touch with nature and love adventures.

2. British Virgin Islands

With serene scenic vistas, pristine waters, secluded beaches, and more than 60 mountainous islands that dot its horizon, the British Virgin Islands truly are a sight for sore eyes.
